Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor use of our Service, and shares it with other Google services. Google may use the data to contextualise and personalise the ads on its own advertising network.

You can opt out of your activity being made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information about your visit.

Remarketing

We use remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from vendors such as Google and Facebook to show you offers for our products or services across the Google Content Network and on social networks. This means you may see an ad for one of our products after visiting our website.

We also use custom audiences based on the email addresses of subscribers and customers, which allows us to present offers to you via Facebook. Your personally identifiable information is not used by any remarketing service for any purpose other than presenting our own offers to you.

Newsletters and CRM

We use GoHighLevel as our email service provider and CRM. GoHighLevel collects contact information, distributes our newsletter, and tracks the actions you take so we can measure the performance of the website and our emails. Once you subscribe, GoHighLevel also tracks the pages you visit on the website.

Our newsletters contain tracking pixels. These are embedded in emails and allow us to analyse how our newsletters perform — we may see if and when you open an email and which links you click. This behaviour is not passed to third parties. All data submitted when you subscribe is stored on GoHighLevel's servers. You can be removed from our newsletter list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Payments

We may offer paid products or services through the Service. Where we do, we use third-party payment processors.

We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies. These processors comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council — a joint effort of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure payment information is handled securely.
